Thats a bit harsh – are you implying that the only reason they signed the NI letter is because they hoped to be enobled.
In fact you are so way off beam on this issue – both were nominated earlier in the year and are leaders of pretty iconic British businesses.
Now what about the appointments of Alan Sugar and Paul Myners? Different?
