The Heritage Foundation claim that they wrote two-thirds of Trump’s legislative program. Having had a quick look,I think they probably did.
The HF also has links with Daniel Hannan’s Initiative for Free Trade which tells us they are writing a ‘model US-UK trade deal’.

isn’t there a big difference between political freedom and economic freedom?
Oh yes
But only as Heritage define it
Does this economic freedom apply to all of Hong Kong? Or to its financial sector only.
Just asking for a friend who lives there, near the shanty town-style quarter.
there’s a huge difference between the freedom to live your live with minimal restrictions, insecurities and fears, and the freedom to screw other people and inhibit their freedoms.
the latter is what those on the right talk about where freedom is concerned. freedom from sanction, taxation, criticism, for the powerful to do as they wish.
