Very useful and encouraging chart. Is this saying that higher minimum wage is positively correlated with employment? There must be a limit as it seems to good to be true. What is the implication for employment / unemployment welfare payments? This seems to suggest employment related welfare payment systems have a perverse effect; i.e. wrong headed.
I think it says higher minimum wage and unemployment are not linked
